Ralph Wytcherley - I wouldn't trust this owner. He made a commitment. I originally called Ralph around August of 2022. The first call was cordial as I told him I received his name from a mutual person. I explained that I was looking for fill dirt and decomposed Granite for my new property. I told him I would pay for the material and his fuel for delivery. He said yes that wouldn't be a problem but it may take a few months. I told him that I was on his time and whenever he got around to it I would pay him. Over the next 3 to 4 months, I called him and texted him at least once a month. He never returned one call not did he respond to one of my texts. On 01/03/23, I tried him again from my cell phone and there was no answer.
