Ramb's Appliance Repair

Shannon from Ramb’s Appliance was absolutely fantastic. He came in and immediately diagnosed the issue with both our washer and dryer. You can tell right away that he is a true expert and really knows his craft. He was professional, efficient, and confident in explaining exactly what was going on and how to fix it. I’m honestly not sure why this company has any bad reviews because our experience was terrific from start to finish. If you want someone knowledgeable and dependable, I highly recommend Ramb’s Appliance, and especially Shannon!

Unprofessional and Unresolved After Three Visits I do not recommend Ramb’s Appliance Repair. This company was assigned to my home through American Home Shield to repair my dryer. They came to my property three separate times for the same issue. During the process, they replaced major components of the dryer, including the motor and blower assembly. Despite these significant part replacements, the original problem was never resolved. The dryer continued to malfunction. When removing the dryer from the wall, damage was caused to my property. Most concerning was the technician’s conduct during the last visit. He became verbally aggressive inside my home, raised his voice in front of children, and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. Tony did an excellent job in replacing the motor to our dishwasher. He did it quickly and efficiently. He certainly is a pro at what he does. We will request him back to do any further appliance repairs.

Ramb's Appliance was great. Our Speed Queen Dryer was not working, and they got a Tech out here, Andre. He saw the problem and they ordered parts. Shannon and Damien came out when the parts came in and had the dryer running in no time at all.. All 3 of the Techs were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable at their job. They were awesome, and so was Ramb's. 5 Stars ... Gary

Great experience with Ramb’s appliance through AHS warranty. Both our washer and dryer were fixed and needed replacement parts. Lee was very knowledgeable and quickly determined the issue and provided a resolution. I was kept informed through the entire process by phone and text messages. Once our replacements parts arrived I was immediately called to schedule the next appointment. It took a couple days which was understandable and ok. Shannon and his colleague were very professional and fixed both appliances within a very tight, small laundry room in decent timing. They explained everything well and we were happy and grateful to have our laundry appliances back in business.
