I was very pleased with their work. They installed laminate over my old floor and it looks beautiful! Every detail is done to perfection. Also, their price was very competitive and did not surprised me with any extra cost. I highly recommend them.

Great selection of flooring, doors, hardware, you name it! Ramos was extremely helpful in the renovation of two projects, and we look forward to working with him in the future. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in starting a renovation project.

I sent a picture of cracked granite that had to be fixed to Noylin. He got back to me quickly and referred me to another employee so that this person could give me an estimate. After sending this employee pictures and explaining that I already have a replacement slab of granite from when the kitchen was redone, he never got back to me. I'm really disappointed with the service because at first, it seemed like I was going to be helped.

I attempted to contact ramos decor and lumbar multiple times both via phone call and email (with no replies) for an item that was never received. I was told the item was on back order with unknown availability, so they told me they would refund my money for this order. well this has been ongoing since last year and I am still unable to get ahold of anyone or my refund. Giovanni replied to my yelp review, and stated he would handle this, but guess what, I phoned the store left a message and now his cell phone...and haven't heard from him. take your business elsewhere

We are not doing any future business with this company. We did our floors twice with them over a decade but not anymore. The owner ignores text messages despite one seeing that he read them. He lets calls go to voicemail all the time unless you call from one of his store locations and he answers immediately. He tells you he’ll pass by your home and then never shows up. That’s a sure fire way to drive customers away: Ignore them and don’t stand behind your work and the products you install.
