I called Ramsey Flooring LLC for tile related services and questions. Steve (the owner) was very helpful and polite. Not only was he able to help me with the tile I needed, but one of the tiles were not in stock and he went out of his way to locate a different store that was carrying it. Great customer service and a good human being. The world could use more Steve Ramsey's.

I couldn't be happier with my carpet install! From the initial meeting/estimate with Steve and Kevin to the install by Don, it was a great experience. The new carpeting looks wonderful and I will be using them again in the near future. Highly recommend!!

Steve has been exceptional to work with. Knowlegeable, reasonable pricing, and only works with high quality installers. Our job required skill and flexibility. Two story house, wood floors, house was uneven in so many places. Smoothing, extra glue, extra planning. The stairs needed to be fabricated individually to achieve the right look. High quality job. Zero issues upon completion. Will definitely be using them again.
