Amazing. Dryer quit drying. Mr Randall was here within 24hrs. Got right to work. Fixed it. Educated us. Was here less than an hour. Talking to Mr. Randall on the phone, he suspected it was a power supply issue. He was correct. He asked all appropriate questions regarding power. Turns out it was internal to the machine. We don't pay professionals for their sweat. They have worked hard for years to learn what they know. We pay them for what they know. Low low low price for service was shocking. If you go to heaven many years from now, don't worry. There will be an excellent repairman there. Just Ask for Mr. Rick Randall.

Mr. Randall quickly recognized the problem I was having with both appliances. He repaired both in detail and showed me what the problem was. He cleaned up behind himself and even fixed some other things. I am so glad my plumber recommended him. I will definitely call him again as I need to. When I get any new appliances, I will have him do all my installation work.

I didn’t have to use Randall’s service this time but he promptly returned my call I have used his company before and they are excellent and very quality oriented

Rick was polite and professional - showed up when he said he would - fixed the over door on our Kenmore stove - charged a very fair rate. I'd have no problem using his service again.
