One of the workers from this company hit my car in a parking lot (while I was in a parking spot with my car turned off). He was in a company vehicle and left the scene of the accident. I can't say whether leaving the scene was intentional or he just wasn't aware that he had hit me. I called Danny Via/Randy Marchbank Plumbing and Gas to let them know. I was very nice and tried to work with them to get this resolved without going through their insurance (the police saw damage on his car in line with hitting mine). I was trying to do them a favor. I was only asking them to fix the damage to my car and nothing else. I got a resonable quote from a body shop in the area. Initially they seemed eager to make this right but those efforts faded fast. John came out to connect gas line to our new grill he knew exactly what to do. He was very professional knowledgeable polite and efficient. Their charge was so reasonable and unbelievably honest we know because we got ripped off once from another co.

One of their employees in Truck #21 was driving VERY erratically in Nashville, TN. When vehicles, myself included, tried passing they attempted to run people off the road. Couldn't imagine hiring a person with such disregard like that for a service.

Called them to put in a simple generator connection to my propane System for my house. I've had these installed in previous houses before. It's a simple 15 minute job about $225 Total. They said that the job wasn't big enough to bother wito bother with and they weren't taking on any more new customers. Go anywhere else but here.

Rip off!!!! My bidet stopped working. The mixer broke. When the plumber came, he told me I needed a new one. I told him to go ahead and order it. 10 days went by and I decided to call. They had forgotten to order it and told me it would be another week. Today the plumber shows up, installs Mixer; $1200.00!!!! . As it turns out, they ordered me the whole fancy brushed nickel piece And never bothered to tell me that it cost $700. I cannot put into words that feeling you get when you hear $1200 and are expecting only $300.00 ish... A new Koehler bidet cost $1200.... fancy. I got a 30 yr old one with a new mixer for that price.
