Called and emailed this business a half a dozen times, two of those speaking with Randy personally. I emailed and texted him photos of our machine, but he could never seem to get back to us with a quote and eta of repair. Very frustrating. Even if he did contact us with a quote, I'm not sure I'd send him our machine, as it seems like it is very difficult to get in touch with him.
I agree with Krystyna. Cannot get Randy to respond. Will have to find another place to get items restored.
