I found Randy’s Door Service in Oneida just by doing a quick Google search and had never met him before and I’m so glad I did! Randy gave me a quote that was completely accurate when I received the bill. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did amazing work on my garage door. The repair was done so well, that I didn’t even realize the door was working at first because it’s that smooth now! No more loud squeaks or rattles. The price was more than fair for all the work he put into the repairs. Knowing he’s been in business for over 38 years really shows in his reliability and craftsmanship. We called Randy on a Tuesday morning & he returned our call within hours & showed up the very next day to repair our garage door. The job was completed to perfection within 15-20 minutes. He & his co worker knew exactly what needed to be done & got right to it. They doubled checked their work before leaving & answered all our questions. Both men were very nice & pleasant. We requested a card & will call upon them when needed. We highly recommend Randy’s Garage Door Repair.

I have dealt with Randy on several occasions and have received prompt and courteous service. This man knows his product and treats people with the respect they deserve. I would call him again if my garage door needs his expertise.

This guy is a joke. A call was made to him to see if he'd be willing to look at a garage door to see what could be fixed to make it work. He was EXTREMELY rude, laughed, and said that it wasn't going to work and that it was a waste of time. He also said that it should have been known before starting the install that there would be issues and that he was called too late. All without even looking at it. Not how you do business. At least take the time to look and see if there was anything to be done instead of being so unprofessional and in return losing possible business. Definitely needs an attitude change if he wants to be a business.

Randy helped us out in a pinch when one of our bay doors was coming off the track. He fixed it in a snap and we thankfully paid the bill!! We will always use Randy for all our bay door needs! Thank you!!
