Randy's Septic Pumping

We had a bit of an emergency when water got left on and filled our holding tank. The company we previously worked with was a nightmare to schedule with. We called Randy's, and he went out of his way to come visit us the same day we called! Great price, super nice, and very accommodating. We'll definitely be using them in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Randy's getting my septic system cleaned out. I am new to country living and was not sure what I needed to do. The owner came out on a saturday inbetween rain showers and got everything taken care of in no time. He answered all my questions and helped me to know how to take care of my spetic. He was fun to joke around with and had great stories of things he has seen flushed that should not have been. "just ask, he will tell you." I will keep using him any time my system needs to be treated!

Responded quickly to our emergency. Provided us with critical information our 2 previous pumpers didn't. In fact, if we had Randy's Septic Pumping service from the beginning, we never would have found ourselves in a crisis. We would have known ahead of time that this was going to happen, and we could have addressed the issue promptly. As it is, we may have to wait until Spring to have a new system. We so greatly appreciate Randy's Septic Pumping! They will keep our tank pumped until this is resolved, and every 3 years thereafter. Thank you to Randy and his family! You are life savers!

Great to work with! Easy to schedule my pump/inspection. Arrived when they said they would be there. Good old fashioned customer service. Love it.
