Raines was great when we replaced our HVAC unit. They were polite and very helpful when I asked a few questions. Friendly, fast, and they even cleaned up everything before leaving (very important since we have dogs). Dogs liked them, which is always a plus :) Completely satisfied, would recommend to anyone!

Staff were outstanding. Scheduling was outstanding. Technician were professional. Polite, courteous and explained what actions they were going to check. After all was done; explained in detail what was found and what was need to make everything right. Stephanie was a true professional, easy to understand and explained what ,when and who. My family and I had been using Ranes heating and air for a number of years. Mr Satterwhite Is a very nice a honest person. But as far as the company after his retirement. It has gone down hill. I call to request someone to come look at our ac unit for it was not cooling and the fan was not working on the outside unit. STEPHANIE, the receptionist said they where booked for the day that she was 100 percent sure if she could get someone out I the late afternoon or no. So I am to wait around all day on someone who may or may not show up. This is how they treat a loyal customer. I told Stephanie I had talked to Mr. Satterwhite the evening before and he told me to call first thing Friday morning to see about getting someone out.
