Worst customer service ever! We were referred to Raney Insulation by a friend. When you call you ALWAYS get voice mail and the message states that you are calling Raney and a mini storage. Which is no problem for me, but I never get to talk with the actual insulation people. I finally got someone to call me back and they were to give us a quote, but never heard back from them. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to contact them. One of the messages I left, I even asked if they would just let me know if they don't want to do the job. We will not beg someone to work for us and will find someone else to do the job. Image what would happen if you have this much trouble on the front end? If you have any problems with the work, you would never ever get resolutions.
Did not call me back . Even if it was no can't help you would be better than not calling me back
