Kathleen answered our inquiry and provided lots of videos and dimensions and encouraged us to visit the studio and meet Josh. It was a pleasure to work with Josh to select the right fountain. He’s patient, creative and knowledgeable. Communication with Erik and his site visit made us feel confident about our choice. Today Erik and Chris installed the fountain with so much care and respect. We are beyond happy with our newest meditation feature. A little mulch and some plants and we’ll be done!
Erik and Peter fixed our fountain in May after several local businesses came and were unable to correctly make the fountain work for more than a short time. Recently we had a malfunction and Erik came and repaired the problem. So glad we chose Range West to do this work.
