Rankin Painting

We could not be happier with the job Rankin Painting did painting the exterior of our house and staining a very long set of exterior steps. It was a big job that was completed with the highest level of excellence, as well as on time and on budget. The painting team was very detail-oriented and efficient, and they did just beautiful work. Christine, the project manager, is very organized and responsive, and gave us an estimate that was much more detailed and specific than most other contractors we have worked with in the past. Rankin was also flexible and worked with us to adjust the timing of our project when we had delays with some other work that needed to be done before painting could start. We are so glad we hired Rankin. Wonderful work and great people!

We are thrilled with the excellent job Rankin Painting did on the exterior of our home. Christine provided a detailed explanation of the costs and was patient and willing to revise the estimate as we expanded the scope of work. We used Rankin painting to get the interior of our house painted. We were going to get several estimates, but after we met, Christine we were very pleased with the price of she gave us and we knew we did not have to go any further. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We Decided to go with them and Jason and Chadd came and painted our whole interior of the house in two days. I cannot say enough about Christine, Jason & Larry. Highly recommended! They came in higher than my other two estimates, but in the end were a much better value. I’m renovating a fixer-upper, so I’ve had a lot of contractors come through. Rankin Painting is hands-down my best contractor experience so far. Their work went along smoothly as scheduled, without a glitch. I know this is hard to do because they were my second try. I fired my first painter when he showed up unannounced with the wrong paint, ready to paint over rotten wood. After a power wash that was so harsh it removed my existing stain. He kept saying that everything was ‘extra’ over the price he had given me. I never knew when he would show up, or when he would return. He wanted to do the second coat sometime ‘later’ becau

From the beginning of our relationship they have been professional. They treat my house as it if was theirs. I have had them paint in phases my kitchen, cabinets, dining room, living room, bedroom, bathroom, front door and shutters. I have loved all their work. I highly recommend this company.
