Rapid Air HVAC

Our first experience with Rapid Air HVAC was rather incredible. Certain things are expected during a service call such as clear and honest communication, care with clean-up, shoe covers, etc. and they hit all those marks for sure. Then they went the extra mile with quick responsiveness for an emergent heating issue that was not part of the planned service call. Each tech patiently, politely, and professionally walked me through each room in the house to ensure that there were no 'blind spots' in terms of hidden issues that could cause folks to freeze overnight during this crazy winter weather. I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are to have found such a fair and honest HVAC company to service our gas boiler!

What makes Rapid Air stand out hands down above the rest is that it’s owner – Anil Dahm, cares. I can speak of this from my own personal interactions with Mr. Dahm and I quickly learned that his employees care just as much! Additionally, Anil and his employees are upfront and honest with not only costs but with what they are capable and incapable of doing. Here’s just a glimpse of my experience with Rapid Air and it’s remarkable and knowledgeable customer service: My heater stopped working just as February 2026 was getting underway with the most intense cold snap to occur in quite some time. It was strongly recommended that I reach out to Mr. Dahm, and so I did just that. Anil and I discussed the heater that I have in my home along with the possibility of placing a heat kit in my A/C

INCREDIBLE. From start to finish this company was amazing to work with. Anil and his team are the best of the best and should be considered for all jobs big or small. I started shopping for a new heater and AC upgrade six months ago and felt I was getting drug through the mud. Rapid Air was the only company who listened to my needs, made suggestions in my best interest and saved me time and money. Again, INCREDIBLE.

Rapid Air HVAC did an amazing job. We had issues with our furnace, called Rapid Air, and they were here within an hour. Dave diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in 45 min. He was professional and friendly. I won’t hesitate to call Rapid Air in the future.

Dave did an awesome job. We needed a blower replace on our hvac unit, he came in took out the bad and put in the new in a timely fashion!! Straight to the point. Rapid Air just received a lifelong member!!! Will recommend to any in need on any heating services!! 20 stars!!!
