Worst company to work with. We worked with them before and trusted they’d do a good job; big mistake. The unit was installed 5 years ago and had problems from day one. They claimed it had a 10-year warranty, but every time we reported issues, they denied there was a problem and even made us buy a useless pump. I’ve had to repair this “brand new” unit almost every other month, all out of pocket. Now that the unit is completely broken, they suddenly say the warranty was only 5 years, not 10. In the end, I paid a lot of money for terrible work. Once they take your money, they do a half-done job and gaslight you instead of taking responsibility. The house was cooling poorly , but the technician identified the Service Valve Cap was faulty. He replaced the cap, but as a result needed to completely fill the system with freon - apparently it was empty, for only $475.0! He also made a point to clean the outside coils with the garden hose which he didnt charge me for. I was very grateful for his attention to detail👍.

We received a referral from AHS to Rapid Air Response in Miami Gardens to fix our HVAC and this company was amazing! Not only did they diagnose the issue quickly, but they fixed the issue for a reasonable price and kept me informed throughout the process. This is the ‘go to’ company when your A/C is having issues.

3 other technicians from different companies had been in our house and they couldn't figure out the problem with our ductwork and A/C. Our insurance company sent Rapid Air Response and they solved the problem and completed the job in the same visit! THANK YOU!

Jan is very knowledgeable, on time, responsive from the beginning to the end and extremely professional. I totally recommend them! 100% satisfaction! :)
