Rapid Key & Lock

Rapid key is Awesome!! Called around several companies, all over priced. Rapid took 5 minutes to reprogram my key fob to my truck, at a reasonable price. I will definitely will call them again.

S550 key fob was the main event in a 3 ring circus today!! Car won’t open or start, remote not detectable!!! 3 tow companies were no help with lockout. At 6pm on a hot dusty Friday night I called Rapid Key and Lock and the owner gave me hope. Inquired on what the others tried and said let us give it a try and if we can’t open it NO CHARGE!! The owner called tech Isiah T. he was there in 30 minutes. Went above and beyond with care and great customer service. I hope I don’t ever get locked out again but if I do I know who to call.

I had a technician lose his master key for his work vehicle, called Rapid Key & Lock and Andrei jumped out within an hour to help out. A few days later I had concerns about the immobilizer and Isaiah jumped out within an hour to verify it was a battery issue. I appreciate their prompt service, I will use them in the future if I have a similar issue again. Thank you to both gentlemen!

Excellent service. Definitely know what they are doing. Highly recommend them. He had to fix the dead bolt lock as well as the strike plate because the wind would blow the door open if you didn't lock it. It works perfectly now and is fantastic to have a usable door again.
