Rapid response did a fantastic job - their crew was amazing and professional - working in the heat in a damp dirty environment didn’t stop them from getting the job done - also the cost was very reasonable taking into consideration the amount of work that needed to be done. I bought a house where Rapid Response Basement Solutions had completed the work less than a month before. I have a radon issue and 3 specialists came to give me quotes and each one commented on what a terrible job RRBS had done and said their work needed to be repaired prior to dealing with the radon. The vapor barrier is not attached to the wall in many places. I have called repeatedly to have them come fix the situation and Rick has ghosted me. I would stay away from any company that doesn't guarantee their work for at least a year let alone one month.

Before the job started, Rick reviewed the project and provided a lot of information upfront about the cost and what was going to be involved. Rick's team was great to work with. They were polite and respectful of our home while they worked on our basement wall project. Thanks again.

They did a great job installing my new sump pump. Cut a hole through the basement concrete slab, carried hundreds of pounds of mud and rock uphill across my property to their truck. Did nice finish work to complete the job. Cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. Highly recommended!

These guys are great. My basement was flooding and they had someone on site that day. He came up with an action plan on the spot and the next morning a team of guys was at my house installing a sump pump. Everyone was professional and courteous. The team was meticulous about keeping my floors clean and picking up after themselves. The price that was quoted was more than reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Even after the work was completed, the guys have checked in with me to see if my basement is staying dry. Definitely recommend these guys if you're having water issues.
