Our experience with Rapid Response was excellent. Robert Carrasquillo was the most thorough, detailed and man of his word.His communication was always consistantly there for us on a daily basis. His scheduling was always what he told us ,and any changes were told to us in a timely manner. His team consisted of some of the finest artisans in the trades of renovation. Miguel, Femando and pedro all were polite ,respectful and carried the outstanding work ethics. The process was non- stressful And accurately installed , and no call backs were needed. Thank you to Rapid Response and the family of employees I have mentioned above. We will recommend them to any of the family and friends who would never these services. Beware! Run dont walk. Subcontractor after subcontractor. 18 months to repair only half side of master bathroom. Not helpful. Adam Silva is full of BS and has no idea what he is doing. Just excuse after excuse for failed workmanship. They definitely do not know how to do marble. I'm left with unsealed and cracked marble floors and shower walls after their subcontractors failed numerous times. Update from response: you were already contacted from myself, my insurance company and the better business bureau and RRT was still unwilling to rectify the problem or at least fix your terrible workmanship.

Hey, just had a wild experience with a Rapid Response Team driver on Highway 408 in Orlando. This dude was on another level of crazy – driving with his phone in hand, not giving a damn about the road. I had to swerve like a maniac to avoid a collision, and when I snapped pics of his vehicle, he was still glued to his phone. Seriously, using a phone while driving during work hours? Not cool, Rapid Response Team. Someone needs to school your driver before they cause a real disaster. Sort it out!

I'm a retired Florida insurance agent. I was an agent for 35yrs, working with claims along the way I'm currently insured with Citizens Property Insurance Company. Last fall, I had a copper pipe break in my kitchen wall behind the sink and cabinets, water running under my tile and wood floors throughout the house. KUC Construction Inc. employees were very considerate, polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable in their field! They even clean up before they leave after a day's work!
