I rent a home and had a the sewer back-up into the home due to root overgrowth. Rapid response was the first company to come out to address the issue and start the process of removing the flooring, baseboards and drywall. Will was in touch with my wife and I throughout the process and we really appreciate that they showed up when he said they would and finished when he said they would.
