I could post Melissa Stones comment verbatim and it would be accurate. They've been working on my Kitchen for OVER SIX MONTHS now. We went 4 months without a kitchen sink. Zero communication, never showed up on time and always had an excuse of why they couldn't bother to text, call or show up when they said they would. We had a mold issue and once the renovation 'was done' it looked far worse than it had earlier. No love or care was put into my kitchen, base boards weren't level, backsplash is crooked and bowed. Split my granite counter now it looks ugly. Broke my dishwasher so it wouldn't open and shut properly, now the front is scratched up from the damage. Found my kitchen pans and a knife in my back yard when I was going to mow. Tried to charge me for hardware they forgot to bring. Tri

I would not recommend this company. Our insurance company contracted with them to remediate black mold in our home and handle the subsequent remodel. Communication was poor. We had to constantly be calling to see when the next step would occur. People would show up at our house when we weren’t home because no one told us when they were coming. The work the contractors did for the remodel was horrible! The drywall repairman left a hole in the wall and a pipe exposed. They hired him to paint as well, even though he told us he doesn’t provide that service. Needless to say, the paint job was subpar and we needed to spend our time fixing it. The floor installation was also a mess. The baseboard was left visibly cut and they didn’t sit flush with the ground. We had to have them come b

Our insurance company PTI called these nice folks in to clean up and dry out after a water leak flooded our home. We have only had phase one so far which is getting it dried out and cleaned up but We are impressed with the good communication and excellent equipment. Our technician Tiler has been very polite and professional. I am confident that we will be restored to pre loss condition.

even though I did not end up rendering services with this company. The young lady who come out to give me an estimate was so polite and knowledgeable, her name was Sanchez. One thing I will never forget is "I live by the grandma rule, treat everyone the way you would want them to treat your grandma", that's what she told me after listening to me complain about other companies I've met with. overall great experience and will be handing her cards out to everyone with damage, as I asked her for many of them, which she gave me.
