Marc saved us hundreds of dollars when the shower knob broke.The part was no longer available from American Standard. He knew a local source that matched the style and added a small part to make it a perfect fit. He went out of his way to fix it quickly, which is important for a family member for whom the shower was adapted to accommodate his disabilities. RAPs goes the extra mile.

Mark with Raps did an exceptional job! My wall faucet handle had broken and could not be used. I had two other plumbers “fix” it only for it to break again shortly after the repair. All three of the guys were excellent. The first person who came and evaluated the problem, and the two guys who came and fixed the problem. Contacted RAPS Plumbing to see if they would repair / replace my Erie Curb Box which had been damaged (shaft bent). They sent out a very friendly / professional plumber (Dennis) to diagnosis and recommend needed corrective action. Parts were ordered. I was notified when the parts arrived and the work was scheduled. Excellent work! Positive attitude! Well Done Dennis! Well Done RAPS!
