The installer I had was a great installer but the vendor was bad. I explain how I need it the job done but fail to tell it to the installer. If you want the job done correctly, you got to make sure the vendor put the direction correctly. Because of them, some installers are just confused. Fyi: sales rep never answer when I really need them I forgot his name. Smh

Rasa has been installing carpet & plank at properties I've worked at for at least a decade now. Paul, our Rep. Is always happy to help ,regardless of how busy he is, he makes time to quickly reply and meet if needed. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face and exudes positivity and professionalism! Thank you for all you do for so many, Paul! I also have to give 5☆ to Daniella, who I've been primarily dealing with for scheduling, & service questions. She is so helpful, organized, friendly and thorough! Rasa is so lucky to have Daniella representing them! ❤️ Most recently, Jose Gomez was our installer and if there were 10☆ ratings, he'd get that! He meticulously and single handedly installed carpet and pad in a 2nd floor 1200+ square foot home in less than 4 hours I think. Not a single scratch

RASA is our go to for flooring replacement and repair! Paul always stops by to check in and say hello (someone give that man a raise!). Prices are great, good quality work, and they always make sure we are a priority even when we need something done urgently! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Terrible company. The last flooring they did on our property looked terrible. “You’ll find out why soon”! The non English speaking employees wipe the floor glue from their fingers on the walls. They hit the painted walls and doors with removed carpet. But worst of all we just had a unit done, I personally cleaned out and made ready. once the flooring is done I walk the unit again. And I find 20 modelo beer caps I’m the kitchen drawer. I know for a fact we’re not there. They were so drunk it seems they left a little green dolly and a bucket of materials. Inside the unit and never came back for it. And to top that off they wrote and signed there names on the bucket. “Pics enclosed”. Summery: non English speaking unqualified works came to our property, got drunk on the job. Put In a horrible
