Raska Sewer Service

Mr. Keith saved us over Labor Day weekend! We were having issues with our basement drain backing up and figured we would have to pay someone a substantial amount of money to come out and fix it. However, Mr. Keith took our call and walked us through some troubleshooting, then gave us instructions on how to resolve it on our own. It was a learning experience and certainly gave us an even greater appreciation for anyone working in the septic business. Thank you, Mr. Keith - You will have our business for life!

Didn't know sewer specs as county lost them. Raska was nice enough to come out 3 times to inspect, pump, and add risers. Nice workers and in the family business. Want a job done correctly, they are worth the wait.

Amazing customer service!!! Recently moved into a new home and had a question about our septic. The lady was SO helpful and kind. We will 100% be using them for all future septic needs.

Marge, Your customer service attitude as a office manager is one of the best I've seen in a long time!! You get the business done and everyone is happy!! Don't forget about our pooh pumpers either!! They work hard & actually care! So just a friendly reminder that I hear often, "Rinse that filter in the spring!"

2021 Feedback: Called and left a message a couple weeks ago and Raska hasn't called back yet. Called another sewer service and got a quick response and job completed. Gave 2 stars because Raska did respond a couple years ago and pumped out our septic tank. Self-employed myself and even if I can't do the work for some reason I call back and let them know. 12-2023 Feedback: Raised from 2 stars to 4 since this time they did call back this time a few days later and pumped the septic out.
