Ratliff Septic Service

I'm very upset with these people. They never let anyone know they were going out of business . And they were offering a plan to help take care of your septic To come and clean it out and put stuff in it. That was $300.00. So I paid them to come and do this when it was needed. Well then I found out they wasn't do this work anymore . My son told me that another person told him that they went out of business. How is people supposed to know this if they wasn't told. And if they had of been better people they would told everyone about this. Taking people's money and not letting them know nothing. But taking off we their money then not doing anythg for them afterwards. That's not how you do by your customers. Really bad deal This will cause me not to trust any other company again

I called on Friday they came out early Saturday morning when nobody else would. The lady I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. The guy who came did an amazing job. Very professional and down to earth people. Would definitely recommend their services.

Fast service, called the night before, here the next morning.. Wonderful man named OPIE..took care of us.. This is the company you want to deal with.. They care about the people.
