This company was working on another property on my street and felt the need to enter my, as well as my neighbors backyard without asking or letting us know. Very thankful my dogs weren’t out at the time as they aren’t friendly. Not to mention they left my gate wide open. Complete disregard for private property. Really recommend these guys knock on doors before entering private property. Stupid and dangerous.

Terrible electric subcontractor for DTE more like Scam-TE. Tore up my lawn, dug up holes, and drove all over it well past the easement. Mind you they gave me no notice for who or why they suddenly had a ditch witch parked on my lawn. They made no effort to cleanup and left dirt and rocks scattered all over. Now I have to go chase down reimbursement through DTE. Really lazy, dirty, and unprofessional contractor.

Wildly aggressive vehicles driving on the road with your name on it. If they're not vetting their drivers, they're not vetting their electricians.

A crew from Rauhorn replaced Consumers Energy's equipment on my street today, in Flint township. In a time when so many company's say they haven't any staff, people don't want to work, people are lazy, does NOT apply to the crew on my street today. Well done 👏👏👏👏

Rauhorn electric is building a new building in howell, and they feel entitled to your property as well as theirs. The workers came over and tore out my grapevines. They said they would put slats in the fence for privacy then lied and did nothing. I contacted Amy Sue that works for corporate, and she also lied to me about calling the supervisor and having the slats installed. During construction they did not water the dirt which is code, covered all the trucks in my lot with dirt then said its not their problem. Horrible customer service and even worse workers. Update- It has been 3 months and this sad group they call a company still has not contacted me or put slats in the fence. These are the people that give construction workers a bad name.
