(This might be a long review but it is absolutely worth reading) This is the second time I’ve worked with Evan in the past 4 years, and once again he exceeded our expectations in every way! During our home purchase in Cary, we found out the roof hadn’t been replaced in over 20 years and needed a professional inspection. Evan was the first person I thought of. He did an incredibly thorough inspection, walking us through weather damage, active leaks, and installation issues, and put together detailed reports. He worked closely with us and the seller, handled a very challenging insurance process, and ultimately helped us get a full roof replacement approved. I learned about Devan from a mutual friend. Although I was initially concerned that Raven RS was a relatively new company, I turned the project over to Devan and he did a fantastic job. We were a bit skeptical that the insurance company would approve a full roof replacement, but thanks to Evan’s diligent efforts we received the full approval. If we had someone less knowledgeable about the insurance claim process this project would have been far more costly. Devan enthusiastically worked with us to add some non-roofing items to the overall budget and that made the end result much better. He explained the entire roof replacement process so clearly, I feel like I could give a seminar on it myself now lol. He was not only professional but also incredibly informative, taking the time to understand my specific needs without trying to upsell me the most expensive option. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping, not just making a sale. After a storm caused a leak, I contacted several companies, but Evan was the only one who took the time to educate me beyond just the immediate issue. That level of care and transparency is rare. Once the work started, the crew was fast, efficient, and wasted no time. They were respectful of my home and property, and honestly, they left the area cleane
