Save yourself the headache and do not use this company. They don’t answer or return phone calls. Definitely go with someone who appreciates the business and wants to make it right. The owner David Rawlins is a big joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

We used this company to repair our washing machine. As soon as guy left the washing machine gave errors again. We attempted to call and leave messages with no response. The repair was done incorrectly, the latch (part repaired) is catching in which it never did before. We spent $250 for nothing. Very disappointed that repair was incorrect and they have not answered or returned our our calls. Do not recommend. Bad quality repair and bad customer service.

A kind and professional gentlemen fixed my washing machine! There was a faulty part causing hot water to enter the machine, even with the machine unplugged. Maytag scheduled an appointment for me with Rawlins as a part of my warranty, and I am so grateful they did.

They know their stuff...IF you can ever get them to return phone calls or even answer the phone! Took us weeks to get them to call us back...they finally came out & diagnosed the problem...said they'd be back out in a couple days with the part to fix it...that was FIVE WEEKS ago. No return calls...and if you try and call the service man (David Rawlins), his voice mail is full. Totally unacceptable for a business to run this way.
