Please see the disgusting photos attached. This is how Ray Cox "cleaned" (small shop vac) and then sealed air ducts from a furnace for my landlord/property management company. Their employee promised that they would do a great job and make sure all ducts were clean before they sealed them and turned on the air. (Ducts had not been cleaned for at least 10 years before they sealed them up today with all this dirt in them) To Ray Cox Owner: It was absolutely your company employees who were here. I have been working with Ray Cox for 7 years now and he has installed 3 HVAC units and serviced a few more. I just got a new unit installed and he spends the time and effort to find the best deal he can get. He's willing to do what it takes - knowing that a long-term happy customer is a loyal one. Ray comes from a place of real connection and care with his customers. You get to know him and he educates while he repairs and installs. I never feel like I don't know what's going on and if it's something I can easily fix, he won't hesitate to take my hand, step by step, and help me fix it over the phone.
