You may read this review and think its not a legitimate customer review. I don't think I've ever left a review on google but I can PROMISE you this is the way my experience with Ray French went. AC went out on a Sunday, technician was on site within 2 hours. We got the news the compressor was out. Garrett informed us of our options and best route to take. He was up front and gave several options with the pros and cons of each option. We decided based on Garrett's recommendation to replace the entire system. The VERY next morning Gerald arrived, inspected our system and provided us with several options to go with. He explained everything so that I understood (I Know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about HVAC). We’ve been working with Ray French for years and they’ve always been fantastic. They’re easy to get in touch with. They’re quite punctual about appointments. And they do great work. At our house, they’ve done a full central HVAC system, a mini-split system, and annual maintenance, and they’ve done wonderful work in every capacity.

First time using Ray French the sent out Brandon. He arrived right the scheduled time. He was thorough during the inspection and servicing of our HVAC system. Very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this company!

Technician was fast and did a great job. Sorry I forgot his name. He has been here before as I have a maintenance agreement with you. I understand the 90 dollar after hours fee but 145 additional cost was a little steep since I do have a maintenance agreement with you.

I have a yearly maintenance contract. This last visit required installation of a UV LIGHT AND deep cleaning of mold in and out 😳. Photos taken really helped me understand the condition of the system. Technician was excellent.
