Had to fill in my yard due to drain off and puddles. I was given a fair price cheapest I could find in jacksonville and got what I was expecting and more. Fast delivery and willingness to put it where I wanted it even tho it took expertise driving as to not damage anything and put the load out of the way with ease. These guys were awesome. I have NEVER had a truck show up on time but these guys were actually earlier than expected and delivered 4 loads faster than any company I’ve dealt with. 10000% will be using them again.

Got a quote to have 5 truck loads of rock delivered. $70/hr with a minimum of 4 hours. I was quoted for an hour of drive time ( Jax to St Augustine) but ended up being charged for 2 hours. Also it somehow took 11 additional hours to move the 5 loads of rock. The travel distance was 21 miles from dump site to the rock pit. I expected to end up paying for maybe 10 hours total (seemed reasonable). All in all i was charged for 13 hours to move 5 loads of rock which gave me a grand total of $910. Which is OUTRAGEOUS!.... When I spoke with the gentleman that runs the office I was advised to maybe find someone closer to avoid having to pay for 2 hours of drive time(when that was the least of my concerns). Mr. Settles has misrepresented his situation to his favor. He called to lease a truck and driver for the day. He was told the job was out of the local area of the company and he would be charged 2 hours travel time....FROM THE BEGINNING. He contradicts himself on that fact in his review....first saying he was quoted an hour of travel time....then admitting, later in the review, that he was actually quoted 2 hours travel. Also....the length of time it took to load and off-load the material that Mr. Settles ordered was not taken in consideration by Mr. Settles...as the true nature of the material was misrepresented...a load of rock is not the same thing as A LOAD OF BOULDERS ...loading and unloading times are greatly increased by the difficulty in handling material of this size...this fac
