Ray Oil & Gas Co

I have been a propane customer with them for only one year, not a large consumer as I have a propane furnace in my detached garage, and keep the thermostat at 32 degrees to keep the contents from freezing. Approximately 4 weeks ago I received a service agreement from them to sign and return, at my convenience. I have an extensive background with service agreements, so there was no way I was going to get locked in to a contract. I received a call today 8/22/2023 from one of their gals in the office inquiring on my signing and returning the agreement. Told her no way, they could come get their tank if I have to sign, and make sure I receive the appropriate credit for any remaining contents. The woman I spoke with had absolutely no customer service in her blood, she could have cared less

Horrible, came and pulled my tank 3 days before the holiday, first it was because they heard the past owner moved and thought there wasn't a stove and said it was a safety issue but we told them she left the stove and it was still hooked up, then the second reasoning was because the previous owner cancelled her account which she said she didn't, so we offered to open an account if they could work with us and keep the tank. They couldn't even do that due to the fact the drove 11miles after hours to pull the tank. Then proceeded to say we were lucky he even knocked. Thank you Rays for screwing my holiday.

Very good company. Easy to deal with and dependable. All employees are extremely friendly. Used to be CMP and Luther P Miller customer and Ray's is a dream come true. They go above and beyond for their customers and prices are very reasonable. They are all about the customer. So happy to have found this gas company!!

The company that I was using for five years.....left me between a rock and a hard place.. called Rays oil and gas in the evening desperate... They didn't know me from Adam. . at 7:30 in the morning the next day they were there. They set up new tanks that I had bought elsewhere... Tested and filled them and got my system running......can't say in words how grateful... Grandson had a great birthday....thank you Rays...
