Jeff was great! It is 0 degrees on a Sunday and Jeff was nice enough to go to his shop and sell me a part I needed to get my furnace going again. Another company in town told me it would be $360 + the cost of the part to "open up the shop" and sell it to me. Same as a service call... Thankfully Rayburn heating saves the day!!

I’m very upset Jeff came out to help with busted water lines and I have 3 dogs they bark and whine but they are friendly he told my husband they are to much for him and left.. we have no water this is an emergency! He could have asked us to accommodate his fear we would have been happy to do so I even put them in the living room behind a gate with me. If it wasn’t enough he could have said so I’m so upset another day with no water until I can find someone else! I recommend on telling them you have animals before you have them come out.. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I’m pretty furious with this one.

I called in the morning thinking I needed the valve that allows me to turn the water off in the house needed replacement. The gentleman came out and found the actual valve and explained what pipes go where. He refused to charge me for the visit. Very nice and professional and was able to explain things. He took time out of his day to help. I will be using them again

Jeff has completed multiple jobs over the past several years for me. Most recently installing a tankless water heater. Rayburn’s did an excellent job and we love the new water heater. Friendly, quick and professional!

My old boiler bit the dust last winter and I contracted with Rayburn Plumbing and Heating for a replacement. There was a lot of technical details and labor that went into the replacement and I would have had a lot of difficulty doing this myself. I have no regrets about having them do this. Most professional staff and they had the new unit installed on a timely basis. New boiler seems to work great and although it seems to use more fuel while it's running it doesn't run nearly as much as the old boiler. Update We had a minor problem with our new boiler. Solution was quickly found and dealt with. Thanks again.
