Rays Plumbing is awesome! I had an emergency in my home in Venice and I live in Rhode Island. They were very responsive being there the next morning to find the leak, it was the hot water heater. Ray's Complete Plumbing and John the plumber on our job were able to handle our emergency hot water repair. When others offered us appointments next week (one next month), Ray"s offered to provide immediate service if they finished another emergency that day. We hoped they would arrive in the late afternoon but John arrived at 12:30. He assessed the situation, quoted a firm price and completed the installation by 3:30. His workmanship was suburb (much better than the formerly installed water heater). He was friendly, informative, quick and professional.
