Prompt response, Bob in the office communicated well and was flexible with my schedule. Reuben was the service tech and he repaired the problem in short order and cleaned up nicely. Thanks, guys! Second service call, needed a new water heater. The response was prompt, the service tech John was very knowledgeable and just a real nice guy. My wife was having surgery on Thursday and wanted a bidet on the master bathroom toilet before the surgery. She also insisted there was a leak behind the same toilet. I recently had back surgery myself and didn't think I had the mobility and agility necessary to do both jobs. Since Ray's complete plumbing was nearby, we thought we could call and see about a last-minute installation and repair. We spoke to the receptionist, and he said he could have someone available late in the afternoon and we agreed. John called us back and came just two hours after our phone call. The pricing was very fair and upfront. John was very professional in dress and demeanor and after showing him the toilet and bidet kit, he got right to work. Called to get a problem fix with hot water pressure and they were so fast! Replaced the anode showing me the old one….gross! The technician was polite, clean and efficient. Great service!

As a contractor for many years in Canada, now a snowbird this was my first time using Ray's plumbing. I look for certain things , Rays plumbing was excellent and I highly recommend, John was a very honest, professional service technician. I will be using them on all plumbing issues moving forward.
