called Mr. Ray when my heat stopped working and my house was freezing. He told me he’d be there in about an hour — and he arrived right on time! Mr. Ray personally inspected the system and discovered it was rusted out, unsafe, and could have been leaking carbon monoxide. He immediately helped us choose and install a new, energy-efficient system and even guided us through financing options to make it affordable. He was hands-on throughout the entire process. We’re beyond happy — enjoying our first warm, cozy night with no more arctic cold in the house! Highly recommend!

Laxavier Elliott arrived during the appointment window and checked all the equipment. He assessed the part needed to fix the HVAC. He communicated when he’d be able to fix it and that part had to be acquired. UPDATE: Laxaiver returned with that part and fixed it quickly!
