Seems Impossible to get anyone on a phone, text, response to voice mail. Usually these types of services are emergency, especially in winter. My recommendation I guess would have to be call someone else. This man is a hard and true worker, made of grit and stone..... All I can do is pray for him..... I hope you he is ok..... ❤️🙏🙏🙏👆

Ray, Sorry to wake you prior to 6:00 am on a Saturday morning but you answered the phone and came to our aid fast when our furnace stopped on a 14 degree morning. Cost for an emergency service was amazing. I know what should have been charged by others and your service and commitment to get my furnace going was 1st class. Thanks for keeping my family warm!

Ray is great. We have been using him for the last two years, we’ve had a lot of work done. Pool heater fixed a few times, a TON of copper pipes replaced after leaks/frozen pipe nightmare, water heater replaced, and a whole water softener system put in. He’s the only plumber I will use. Very honest guy and does very honest and GREAT work.

Very reliable heating and plumbing company. My heater and hot water tank had went out at same time. I called up a few places in my area and Ray was able to respond and help my family and I out of a big jam. He replaced my water heater and fixed my heating in the same day. He was very reasonably priced compared to the other companies in the area. If I could give 100 Stars I would!!!! This is the story with Ray. We bought a house three weeks ago, and when we got there on a Friday night, boiler kept acting up. No Heat, 5 degrees outside, to make everything worst, it turned into a Saturday and no one was picking up. Ray did!!!! And he said I will be there but please just let me finish one job, because I gave my word to these guys that i will be there and then I head out straight to your house... guys, my house was 1 hour away from him, in the middle of nowhere . He comes to the house takes care of everything, and stays another 1 hour explaining to me and my dad how to take care of the boiler in the future. He walks us outside, tells us everything we need to do and maintain proper heating. Please please.... call this guy and stop wasti
