If I could give a zero, I would. No moral decency, simply greed! They were told to move everything on the list, however some things were going to be trashed we asked them to disregard the beds, on site. Seeing that it took them a long time just to do one. We had no complete bedroom sets, might I add. They were slow and dragged everything out, they constantly stopped and got on their phones. It took them an hour to get from portage to miller 😒. They left a great number of bags, mirrors, chairs and even the washer and dryer. I took pic's called the office manager immediately. She offered a discount to come back and pick up the remaining items, that's a rip off. All we had was bags and their were no refrigerator, stove etc. We purchased all new furniture. Movers were suppose to be present Friday 8-29-25. Daughter called the office and was told the would there between 4-5 pm do to moving someone else. They never showed and were called saying they could not get to her. She had paid the $100 and scheduled for 8-29-25 after taking off. The driver was called Antoine because the office closed at 4:00 pm Friday no one in the office could be reached. Antoine said they could be there tomorrow Saturday 8-30-25 between 11 am and 12 noon. They arrived around 11:50 am. Antoine said to me on Saturdays it is a 3 hour minimum to move??? $175 an hour after they no showed for Friday which is a 2 hour minimum charge? I heard about Just call Ray Movers through Facebook and my sister recently bought a house so I suggested she try Ray and his team. And man she was so happy with them. They treated her things with care as if it was their own. She has commented so many times how they took all the stress away from moving with buying a new home it was a lot and Ray and his team just made it a easy transition 5 stars to just call Ray Movers

The movers admitted they moved my desk incorrectly and it broke. However, they will not pay for the damages. I had several broken plates as well. This is the second time I’ve used them and now the last. Now I’m out more money than the cost of moving for my replacement desk.
