Ray's Termite and Pest Control

They came and sprayed my Dad's house and it didn't help at all. It was a very minor case too! We called them and have been ghosted. They won't return calls and I'm pretty sure we've been ghosted by them!

After poor service from terminex we decided to try rays . They came out and serviced our home and seemed to do a good job . We asked to have them come back regularly to spray and were told they would schedule us and return in November. It’s now almost march and still haven’t heard from them . I would call them but I figure if they wanted our business they’d have came in November like we were told . Businesses just don’t operate like they used to good customer service is a thing of the past .

Initially I was pleased (people are all very nice). After the mouse problem was under control we set up a maintenance plan for every 3 months. The date came & went so I decided to call them. Over a couple of weeks two calls weren't returned & this morning I left a 3rd message. Though it's only been a few hours, I saw an adorably plump mouse sitting in a doorway, taking in the sights. Perhaps they just didn't want to service our home anymore, but a return call to tell us that would have put us in a position to go elsewhere before we had a problem again.

Merrell's is the best. The services they provide are top notch and their prices are low! On top of the great service they are great people, I mainly deal with Tim and he is a true professional. Very knowledgeable and personable. I wouldn't use anyone else and I highly recommend Merrell's.

Most likely would be good for a small bug issue but wouldn't and don't recommend them at all for a more serious infestation. They came and treated 4 times then the 5th time they came I was charged an additional fee even tho the problem wasn't taken care of, and still didn't take care of the problem completely. Granted the problem was seriously horrible and they did get rid of a lot of the bugs, but I will be having to call another pest control company to finish the job that I paid Ray's over 400$ to do. I've always used another company but used Ray's on referral from someone. The employees were all really wonderful, kind, respectful and professional people though and I would have given 5 stars if it were based on that.
