Ray's Well and Septic

I want to shout out to Andre for his expertise and implementing a plan that solved my septic problem. He looked at the situation, applied and resolved it. Now I can use my bathrooms. He didn't give up! He was very polite and patient. First I thought things were hopeless, bad and pointless but thank you Andre because of your dedication and professionalism you made it all possible. Gabe from Rays Septic Service was awesome. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about everything from the washout pipe fittings to the septic tank location and maintenance!! This review is specifically for their septic pumping service: we used Ray’s to pump our ancient tank from the 1930’s. Andre was our technician and he was nothing short of spectacular. Found our septic tank, didn’t make a huge mess digging, pumped it efficiently, and gave us great tips for taking care of our tank moving forward. All for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.

We have always used Ray’s to pump our septic system, because they have the best price, do a great job, and are always willing to answer my 100 questions. Last night around 8:00PM, I got a call from a neighbor that my alarm was going off. I wasn’t home, and since it was late, I called Ray’s immediately to see if I could get someone out the next day (Saturday). Not only did they answer, but they put me on the schedule for the following day. I got home about 45min later and opened the lid to see what was going on. I don’t have a clue about septic systems, but am reasonably handy. I called Ray’s back at 8:50PM Friday night, and not only did they answer they talked to me for 10 minutes and methodically went through what to check. We discovered (over the phone) that the pump float had fallen off

Will come out to your house, walk around your yard for 20 minutes only to tell you they cant find your tank. Then charge you a 50 dollars service fee without letting you know upfront. How is that not a scam??
