Raytone came through at the drop of a hat to help resolve a sewer line break in a new home we purchased. They worked incredibly hard over two days and were very communicative and flexible with timing. Pricing was affordable and great for the quality of the work performed. Other places were charging 2-3x as much. They cleaned up afterwards too, which is the mark of true professionals. Highly highly recommend the Raytone team!

Raytone Plumbing responded to my water main break immediately. Of all the companies I called only they came out and physically checked the break. Everyone else only quoted me large amounts to fix without literally checking. Joe was fair and moved me up on his schedule because my water was turned off. They showed up within the time promised. They did an excellent and professional job and had my water on by end of day. I highly recommend this company. They are fair, honest and trustworthy.

I'm a home owner in Queens NY when we noticed a water leak in front of our house, we notified DEP. They recommended Raytone Plumbing it was the best decision I've made in quite awhile. I couldn't take off from work so I askmy wife to give access to our house so the work could be done. After speaking to a nice gentleman in there office he said all would be taken care of and not to worry. DEP shut my water supply due to a leak in the street. Called my water insurance 10:30 pm to have the repairs completed. the next morning contacted by RAYTONE office and told someone will be at my home that morning! sure enough Nicholas arrived and assessed what had to be done and said to me that a crew would be out the next morning at 7:00 am. The next morning the crew was on site led by a very professional foreman. the job went flawlessly replacing my damaged water line! I thank very much Nicholas, the foreman on site and the crew for an outstanding job in getting my water issue resolved.

They fixed our broken sewer cleanout, including concrete work, at a time when there were a TON of major sewer issues in our neighborhood after hurricane Ida.
