I had a issue with my heater not working and I called RB Air to help. I spoke with the lovley Christine and she got all set with a service appointment for the next day. She was such a pleasure to speak with, literally was like talking to an old friend. Today a gentleman named Tony came out to save the day. He was very professional, efficient, and quick. He was able to figure out the issue and fixed it in a jiffy. He was also such a nice man and explained the issue in terms I could understand. Also the prices are very reasonable!!! Had a new Rheem AC unit installed last Friday by RB Air. Jay and Michael did a fantastic job of installing the unit and cleaned up the job site like they had never been here. Excellent service and reasonable pricing made the choice easy for us. You can't go wrong with RB Air, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I recently purchased a new home and I have been extremely overwhelmed with household projects. As my luck would have it, I began having issues with my AC/ductwork. I called RB Air and Chris was the kind individual who helped me. This was my first time working with Chris and she did not disappoint. There is never a good time in Florida to have AC issues but mid August is probably the worst. I could not believe she was able to dispatch someone so quickly. Two and a half hours later I met the service technician Kory. In order to diagnose my problem he had to literally crawl, with no room to stand, into a very hot attic with very little space overhead.
