I cannot praise this company enough. I left the wrong house key for dog sitter with no other spares available. Called RB Locksmith in a panic and the technician was at my house at the time I requested so someone could be there. The tech also has recommendations for my lock which he said is subpar being that it took him a matter of seconds to get in the house. I will be reaching out to RB Locksmith to replace the lock as recommended. Michael was the tech and he was great!

I feel like they try to ignore me or just don’t care but my one and only experience was a disaster. The guy that came couldn’t even open the door with his tools he had to put in two batteries inside the key fob (2 because he didn’t even had the right size, and yes I got charged 2x in terms of batteries) and told me to go to Walmart and buy myself some batteries. He also told me that next time I should call his personal number so that I don’t get ripped off, gave me His own card. When I called everyone I talked to seemed worried about the situation but I don’t know if they meant it. Didn’t get a call back from them.
