R.B. Spencer Inc. Air Conditioning and Heating

I live in a senior complex and my heating/ac unit had to be replaced. Cyrus came and replaced my unit and he was very polite, friendly and very efficient. He kept me updated on the installation and the time it was going to take. He had to install the unit when the rain would let up. I appreciate all the hard work Cyrus put into replacing my unit. I highly recommend RB Spencer for your HVAC needs. We had an issue with a ceiling register after a duct cleaning. I spoke with Alicia and she had a technician to our home within an hour to make the repair. Alex, our technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. Alex was creative in his repair and our register is much more sturdy. I’m very confident in his repair.

RB Spencer is always great. They spent the time to make sure that my system is running fine. We started with them years ago when our AC went out in the hottest part of summer. Now we make sure to get inspected on the regular for some piece of mind.
