RBB Electric

We had Bears come in and replace a new water heater. The Plummer stated to call an electrician due to the wiring. RBB was the only electricians open at the time, stated they would come at 8 in the morning to take care of it. Not only were they on time but they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Best part? We have hot water and they didn’t burn a hole in our pockets. 10/10 Will be using RBB electric again for any electric needs.

They did a great job on our electric last summer. I had to swing back around to finally do the review. They were professional and respectful. Very helpful in planning next stages of renovation. Did a good job with the initial estimate. After that it was all downhill from there. Never got calls back letting me know when they would be out. coming home for months and nothing was done. Would call to find out what was going on and they would never call back. A ceiling fan they put up fell from the ceiling. Kept getting calls to send out an invoice when there was still a lot of work left to do. After 3 months, the work that should have taken as week or to at most, was finally done. If you you actually need your work done and don't appreciate being lied to, go somewhere else.

Called to get 3 ceiling fans installed at home, they had an available time a week out. Showed up on time, got them unboxed, old ones removed and taken away, and installed in 3 hours which is fair. Just cost of labor since I provided the fans, happy with the service.

We hired RBB Electrical to install 3 outlets in our basement which is not completely furnished, they charged us $523.54 for 2.5 hours work which is $180/hour ($95 for foreman and $85 for apprentice). How they tried to charge us was not agreed upon prior to the service, we were never told both service would be on hourly charge. I have no problem paying for one electrician but we didn’t know it was two men job. I called the company and asked if they are willing to do a price adjustment or offer any types of discount since there was misunderstanding at beginning. I was told by the guy in charge that they can not adjust any price, it is not their problem and that is how they run the business. Horrible customer service!
