I have used RBG plumbing at least 50 times in the last 3-4 years so my experience with the company is extensive. ricardo, the owner, is supremely intelligent. This helps because he is able to think outside the box and come up with not so obvious solutions that either save money or makes a cleaner install. He also has the smarts to push back against difficult city inspectors and *literally* outsmarts them. He is also super reliable and responsive. He gets to jobs fast and coordinates directly with tenants. I know that when I assign a task to RBG, I know it will get done. In the professional property management world, that is a rare trait to find in a vendor. Most of my daily tasks are focused around reminding and following up with vendors. called these guys for an emergency plumbing issue and they showed up within a few hours. Not only did they clear the drain, but they also fixed a few other problems—without charging extra. Super quick, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
