Roberto and Diana of RC Emerald's Floors are awesome! They are professional and want to make sure that you are happy with their work. They listen to your needs and work to match your needs to what they can offer. I never felt pressured. They were on time and completed the work when they said they would. They restored my 1950 parquet floors to their original glory!

Diana came out for my initial consultation, took measurements and got back to me right away on the estimate cost for refinishing my floors from dark brown to white oak with a flat matte topcoat and adding LVP to my basement floors. Roberto and his team came in the next week installed everything and even came back for touchup work with some staining that was on the baseboard. I appreciate their efficiency and communication and would definitely hire them again.
