EXCELLENT customer service I was compelled to give a review although technically, I'm not even a customer. I accidentally called RC about my AC unit but it was the wrong company. Not only did Ray track down the RIGHT company, he called them and gave them my information, updated them on the problem and gave me some advice for maintaining my AC going forward. I was blown away by his willingness to help - I suspect that if I was an ACTUAL customer, the service would be stellar. I'd highly recommend RC Heating and AC.

We woke up cold in the middle of the night and didn't know what to do. Ray from RC was at our house at 8am and had the furnace going one hour later. Luckily we didn't need to replace our furnace. Ray showed us what was wrong and fixed it without trying to sell us a whole new unit. We've got his number and we'll definitely call him again. Thank you RC!

Ray came out to our place after we had terrible luck with two other companies trying to fix our AC issues. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and fixed it right on the spot. RC heating and air is an honest reliable team of professionals!

I can’t speak highly enough about Ray and his company. I called yesterday and he came out this morning to tune up our old dinosaur of an AC unit. The bill is always reasonable and sure beats $4K for a new one. Thanks again Ray for coming through for us once again it’s so nice to know we can count on you!

Highly recommended! The other morning I woke up and noticed my home was a bit chilly. I went to my thermostat and saw that it was set at 70 degrees but it was 59 degrees in the house. I immediately called RC Heating & AC Co. and I told them what was going on. They told me they would be able to squeeze me into their schedule the same day, which I thought was fantastic. Within an hour they had arrived and assessed the problem. They said they found that the main control board in the bottom of the furnace had shorted out due to my drain line being plugged up. They were able to unplug the drain line and they didn't have the control board on hand but they left to go get it and returned within the hour. After they returned they had the new control board replaced within min. They cycled my furnace
