Poor customer service. Veronica the office clerk was especially rude. Owner even refused to speak to me. The rules for sale continued to change. Called the manufacturer who provided a list of retailers that sold the same product. The owner of Banner Carpets Flooring Center provided excellent customer service; price matched and offered free delivery.

Avoid at all cost. I've scheduled installation and installers came two hours late. They did Mickey Mouse job, left fixing nails plate exposed in the middle on living room. Worst part is that they put mismatched carpet, took my money and never came back to fix it. I've called them numerous times. I've dealt with Carlos. He lied about color of the carpet. Took money and never fixed their shoddy job.

I was greeted by Jose he was on site when I arrived. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom is huge great selection of everything flooring. I was referred by Randy White from Ameera Interiors. I ordered samples of carpeting so I can't wait to see how they will look in my home!!

I have used RCA flooring now twice. Previously for my old house and more recently for my new house. I decided to work with them a second time since they offered competitive prices and despite the poor communication the first time, they delivered a decent product. My second experience working with RCA was nothing short of horrible. They installed the incorrect carpet, the carpet in one of our three bedrooms was installed backwards so the carpet thread did not match the rest of the house, and when we tried to bring this to their attention I was unable to get a call back until I was calling literally twice a day asking for help. Ramon and the RCA Flooring team were excellent! Ramon was incredibly quick to respond to my initial request and came out the next day for a formal quote. The entire team was quick, efficient, priced right...and most of all, PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTFUL! They demoed our kitchen & bathroom tile, laid new tile and baseboards and fixed the grout in our master shower in a few short weeks. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
