RCC Associates

I just Wanted members of this club to know that the construction crew that is remodeling the building RCC and ASSOCIATES treated me like a animal am 50 years old and was working for 10$ an hour to clean up after the construction workers. A man name Jose Wanted me to lift steel doors and walls on a cart carry them to the dump. I tried and told him I couldn't do it he to me to go home and only paid me for 2 hours when I worked for four. Just Wanted members to know what kind of people with no heart are working for them. Rcc is horrible with communication with there sub contractors. They do not pay in a timely manner. They are a large company that expects a sub contractor to wait for themselves to get paid before paying subs. One would think being such a big company that they would pay there subs in a timely manner. If you plan on doing work for this company then you might want to mark up your price substantially to compensate for the head ache and delay s you will have to deal with. I would not suggest doing work for this contractor

Great contractor to work with. Project Manager and staff are very professional and easy to work with. Successful project at the Cheescake Factory in Lubbock, Texas. I would recommend working with this company.

As a small business owner it is critical to get paid by the GC in a timely manner. RCC has issues with tha as they don't pay their subs in a timely manner.
