RCR Home Inspections

This is the first time I have used RCR Home Inspections. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and thoroughness of the home inspection performed by Roger. Roger was very professional and took the necessary time to conduct a comprehensive inspection. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely use RCR Home Inspections in the future if possible.

My wife and I have had two experiences with Roger as our home inspector. We were so impressed with Roger's thoroughness and professionalism during his first inspection, we reached out to him again for a separate property. I appreciate that Roger invites you to walk through the property during the inspection so that he can explain what he is seeing first-hand. He then follows up with a detailed report, including pictures of the items that were discussed on the walk-through. Roger was on-time to the inspection and actually was able to inspect the roof prior to our arrival to the inspection. The customer service at RCR is horrible and I regret ever hiring them. I hired Roger a second time after my first property deal fell through. I was originally impressed by his thorough, reliable service and friendliness. He assured me that if I needed anything else just to call him or reach out. So I did just that after the seller fixed a few things around the property. I asked Roger to stop by for a few minutes to take a quick look at the repairs that had been made. He told me that "it's not all about the money" but then tried to get me to ask the seller to pay for a reinspection, after we had already signed docs and everything agreeing to the terms or repair, etc. After I told him the seller would not pay for that, he took 3 days to respond to me just to tell me that he'd have to charge
